"I am deeply saddened by the tragic death of my friend and collaborator James Hunter, one of the finest and most gifted and brilliant musicians I ever worked with. I always knew him to be a very positive and up person, and I was shocked to hear of his untimely death at such a young age. I think the music we made together will stand the test of time—it is a tragedy more people didn't hear it when our album came out at the time, and I will continue to spread the word about it as he was really a good collaborator with me and I am proud of our album together. I would have loved to have done more music with him—and sadly regret I will not have the chance now. The world has lost a great artist who should be a lot better known."
