News from the East Coast Mini-Tour

Gary just returned from a mini-tour of the East Coast with solo concerts in Middletown (Connecticut), Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. All were standout gigs with with tremendous fan acknowledgement, and Gary plans a Midwest swing in May to Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinatti and others.

The week was capped with a triumphant appearance at the Lincoln Center Cyber-Seder hosted by the Knitting Factory, where Gary shared the bill with Lou Reed, Laurie Anderson, John Zorn, et al. and performed a wailing version of "Rise Up to Be," the original music he gave to Jeff Buckley that became the basis for the Jeff Buckley anthem "Grace." The Cyber-Seder was broadcast over the Internet live to millions round the world.
